Coach’s Notes
First, let’s talk about the Hang Snatch High Pulls. These are intended to be light and fast, so don’t worry about loading up a bunch of weight. If you’re not comfortable doing them, I would suggest subbing in KB Swings.
The Deadlift rep scheme is a very challenging one. It’s a good amount of volume at some challenging percentages. The most important piece is the volume at this point. So, even if you need to scale back on the weight, try to get all the reps in.
Finally, the Reverse Hyper is a machine that many of you may not have access to. You can use a bench or box for these (may have to limit the range of motion) or you can sub in a DB RDL.
