Coach’s Notes
You might expect the programming here to ‘come out swinging’ since it’s the start of the New Year, but let’s not forget that we had two PR days at the start of this week to finish off 2025.
With that in mind, today is a very manageable lower-body day. Working up to sets of 4 at 70% should be smooth (although that’s somewhat dependent on how your New Year’s Eve went).
The rest of the lift is all bodyweight movements… challenging bodyweight movements, but bodyweight nonetheless.
