Turkey Trot

Run a 5K. 30 Minute Time Cap.

Coach’s Notes

I realize some of you will be well under 30 minutes without much issue. For the rest of us, 30 minutes is more than enough time to be out running around. If you’re close and want to finish, go for it. If not, call it a day at 30 minutes and let’s get back to strength training.
