Coach’s Notes
‘Two’ is the theme of the day.
That starts with some doubles on Single Arm Snatches (2 on each arm) and Bench Press.
Work up to some moderate weight on the Snatches, just remember that Snatches should always be fast – never grindy. If you’re having to grind out the lockout, then the weight is too heavy.
Doubles at 80% will be heavy but very doable. If the first and/or second set of two feels good and moves great, you can absolutely bump the weight up a bit for those final set(s).
After Bench, we finish the day with a couple sets (two to be exact) of shoulders, back and arms.
