Coach’s Notes

Today’s workout is designed to be an up-tempo, high volume workout. The idea is not to ‘max out’ weight on any of the lifts. Keep the weight moderate and emphasize keeping a great tempo from start to finish.

To be clear, keeping a great tempo is done by reducing the amount of rest time in between sets. So, if you normally take about 45 seconds rest in between sets, lower that down to roughly 30. It does NOT mean rushing through your actual sets.
