Coach’s Notes
Today’s workout starts off with some Single Arm Snatches. These don’t need to be super heavy; aim for faster and more explosive.
Back Squat sets will be challenging but doable. The 3 sets of 4 at 76% at the end will be tough, but if you’re feeling good after the first and/or second set, feel free to bump the weight up just a bit.
After that, 80 total yards of walking lunges. We’re going to feel these… and will especially feel them tomorrow!
Finally, we’ll finish off with some grip and trap work, along with some core.
