Who Ya Got?

  • Bench Press @ 75%
  • Back Squat @ 75%

From the Super Bowl tonight, assign one team to Bench Press and one team to Back Squat.

Reps for each exercise tomorrow are based on how many points that team scores. Total reps can be broken up into as many sets as needed. You can also alternate between the two exercises until all reps are completed.

Example

I assign the Eagles to Bench Press and the Chiefs to Back Squat. Let’s say the Eagles win tonight 28-24.

Tomorrow I would do 28 reps of Bench Press at 75% of my max and 24 reps of Back Squat at 75% of my max (again, broken into as many sets as I like).

I understand that not everyone will be watching the game or seeing this workout before the game starts. So, while it’s more fun to know the stakes riding on the workout while you watch the game… it’s not mandatory. You can always pull up the score tomorrow, assign exercises and keep it moving.
