Today’s workout isn’t fancy… but it’s incredibly effective. It follows a similar ‘template’ that I use with athletes.
Single Arm Snatch –> Explosive triple extension movement
Front Squat –> Strength developing compound exercise
Pistol Squat –> Single-leg work
DB RDL –> Posterior Chain
Plank –> Core
