Coach’s Notes

Today’s workout isn’t fancy… but it’s incredibly effective. It follows a similar ‘template’ that I use with athletes.

Single Arm Snatch –> Explosive triple extension movement
Front Squat –> Strength developing compound exercise
Pistol Squat –> Single-leg work
DB RDL –> Posterior Chain
Plank –> Core

Whether you’re an elite athlete, a weekend warrior or just want to build strength and move better this workout gets it done.
