Welcome to the Daily Workouts!
Congratulations on joining the Daily Workouts! You’re now part of a community of THOUSANDS of lifters, all committed to building strength and getting in the best shape of their life – just like you.
Workouts are sent out Sunday through Thursday night between 5pm and 7pm EST… most of the time. I write and send these workouts myself, this isn’t some sort of an automation or a bot… so every once in a while it might be a bit later (or earlier).
Reminder that I don’t post warm-ups for each workout… but you SHOULD be doing one. Here are a couple of sample warm-ups if you need a little help.
Also, here’s a little guide I put together that will help you understand what to expect from each workout – depending on the day of the week.
Finally, I’ve set up a Discord Channel for the Daily Workouts here… come say hi, post your wins, ask questions and compete against other members of the community!
