Philly Death March
- 400 Meters of Bodyweight Lunges
- 100 Push-ups
This workout amounts to lunging around a track one time with 100 push-ups thrown in as just a cherry on top. If you don’t have access to a lap, 200 lunges on each leg is a rough equivalent you can do in it’s place.
The 100 Push-ups can be done at any point during the lunges. Break up however you like.
