Coach’s Notes
Chest. Back. Shoulders. Bi’s. Tri’s… EVERYTHING is getting hit today.
Nothing super complex today, just one note on Incline Bench. For Bench movements, I usually give you percentages but not for this one.
Start on the light to moderate side for the first set and work your way up from there. You shouldn’t be failing any reps until maybe the last set on the last rep if you really pushed the envelope.
Overhead Press, unless noted, is done with a barbell… however… if Overhead Pressing with a barbell bothers your shoulders, you ALWAYS have the option (in fact, I encourage you) to use dumbbells instead.
